Building a whole community
It started in 1998 with the purchase of the Mack and Woodward property. What was a slow build-up has now become a contagious energy kick-started by Whole Foods Midtown. A revitalized passion and purpose that quickly spread into the hearts and minds of all Detroiters spawned opportunities, growth and double-takes from others. Offering more than just groceries, this property provided hope and promise to residents. As the momentum grows, so does our resolve and, of course, our commitment to developing spaces to work, live and play in Detroit.
