The Platform, which describes itself as a leading developer of mixed-use properties in Detroit, entered an agreement with DVP LLC to develop the 4.3-acre site bordered by Gratiot Avenue, St. Aubin Avenue, East Vernor Highway and the Dequindre Cut. Plans are early in the concept phase, so details of what will be built there haven’t been decided.
