SENIOR MANAGER - ASSET & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
As Senior Manager – Asset & Business Development at The Platform, Andrew is responsible for overseeing operations across the company’s portfolio of office, residential, retail and parking properties. In his previous role as Senior Development Manager, Andrew led the restoration and redevelopment of 6001 Cass, the original Cadillac Sales and Service Building designed by Albert Kahn in 1920 into stunning office and retail space, and Chroma, a nine-story former industrial storage building that has been transformed into office and events space in Milwaukee Junction.
Andrew was a DBusiness “30 in their Thirties” awardee. He is a Trustee with the Max M. & Marjorie S. Fisher Foundation, a board of trustees member for the University of Michigan Hillel, and is a National Young Leadership Cabinet member for the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit.
Prior to joining The Platform in 2016, Andrew worked in sales and procurement working for a start-up technology company and a global manufacturer. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College and received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. When he is not managing properties, Andrew enjoys playing hockey, golf, and pickleball, raising his four kids, and giving back to the community.
