Ed is a real estate development executive with a long, demonstrated history of success. His career included tenures with a national shopping center REIT, a large, private Michigan developer, Ford Motor Company’s real estate arm, and the real estate department of a Chicago money center bank. Ed’s deep and varied real estate experience has culminated in a journey leading to The Platform and its mission to enhance Detroit neighborhoods and its legacy buildings. Ed’s focus and passion now is to lead a strong development team that brings its own vision to creating spaces that both pay homage to Detroit’s spirit and its architectural history. “I love touring historic Detroit buildings and envisioning how best to repurpose them. I am thrilled to be part of a group making such a positive difference, a team that puts strong values of community and stewardship first in its work.” Born in Detroit, Ed is proud to be working in the City to help shape its future.
