EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION
As Executive Vice President of Construction at The Platform, Patrick works across the portfolio to manage construction on a variety of projects from historic preservation to ground up construction. Patrick has been instrumental in delivering many Platform projects, including Woodward West, a $60 million new construction residential development, 6001 Cass, the historic preservations of a 1920 Albert Kahn office building, and many extensive renovations at the iconic Fisher Building.
Patrick joined The Platform in 2015, with over two decades of construction management experience. Patrick’s expertise makes him an expert on the redevelopment and repositioning of commercial properties. Prior to joining the Platform, Patrick’s worked with Reit Management & Research and Hallwood Commercial Real Estate. He received his Bachelor of Science in Geophysics at Western Michigan University, and is a certified LEED Accredited Professional. Even when Patrick isn’t officially on the clock, he spends much of his spare time following his passion for historic preservation, urban redevelopment, researching mass transit systems, and learning about Art Deco architecture.
